Patients and clinicians alike may be retraumatised by the debates around sexual violence dominating the airwaves.

Thousands joined #March4Justice protests across Australia this week to demand justice for women in the wake of rape allegations against senior members of the federal government.

But in response to the dominance of sexual violence in the national conversation, it’s possible that trauma is resurfacing for patients, and also for clinicians and their colleagues.
